TineX

is a Slovenian DJ and a producer that blends many genres of electronic music. Mainly known for his hard-groove, but still experiments with other styles like, house, trance, techno,… he definitely doesn’t shy away from trying something new and different.

The goal was to make a logo that stands out, something you don’t normally see, with a twist but instantly resembling the music industry.

Seeing as how he predominantly produces music with hard-hitting grooves, it would only make sense to show that somewhere in the logo, that’s why the zig-zag line between the letters "I" and "N" represents vinyl grooves. The line is hard-edged because "hardgroove". 

He also embraced the slogan: "your local groove supplier", empfisces on the"supplier". That also couldn't go unnoticed, so I made a subtle arrow representing "supplier" in the negative space between the letters "E" and "X", as a hommage to the FedEx logo arrow which supposably stands for "the pursuit of excellence" and "tenacity in the face of adversity" of the supplier
